A special shout out and thanks to our waiter Norrone. After a couple of disappointing visits in the past, Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville on Hollywood Beach completely turned things around for us. A few years ago my wife and I found the food below average for the price. On a later visit the floors were dirty, we waited about 20 minutes just to be seated, then sat another 20 minutes with no service and eventually walked out without ever seeing a waiter. It’s very disappointing when such a beautiful resort hotel has a dingy, dirty, and disappointing restaurant experience. So when my son and I returned on Sunday, August 9, 2026, we weren’t sure what to expect. I didn’t even want to go, but my son wanted an alcoholic beverage from Margaritaville. I’m so happy we stopped — it made for the perfect Sunday. This time the experience was excellent from start to finish. I ordered the Cheeseburger in Paradise with the waffle sweet potato fries — both were cooked perfectly. My son had the Wagyu steak sandwich, which was also prepared just right, and the French fries were outstanding. The food was prepared perfectly this time — I couldn’t recommend any improvement. You couldn’t cook it better. T

The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The atmosphere was relaxing, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. We will definitely return when we are back in the area.

We had lunch our first day here at Margaritaville. Everything was delicious. The waitress, Nicole, was awesome, she kept our glasses and our bellies full. Very personable and fun. Of course, the atmosphere was just what my Parrothead family wanted and needed. So happy we chose this place for our mini vacation.

When visiting Hollywood, I knew that I wanted to stop into Margaritaville during this trip, and I am so glad that we did! Our drinks were just right, not too strong and not too sweet! When it comes to the food, the highlight for us was the jerk chicken wings! I had the fish of the day (mahi) which was very good! My boyfriend got the fish and chips, which unfortunately did seem to be coming from frozen and were average at best, so while I wouldn’t recommend this dish, there are plenty of other great items of the menu to try!

Went yesterday with my best friend, we were seated right away but waited like 12-15 to be greeted by our server even though the restaurant had only 3 occupied tables. After that the wait for our food was ridiculously long again… the restaurant was empty. The food tasted good and the presentation was good, we were happy while eating until I look up and literally had to stop eating. All the vents are COVERED with black mold, the entire vent plus multiple ceiling tiles, that was so disgusting :/ I don’t know how’s not a violation of code. Anyhow, overhyped, not cheap but the food was good, the music meh, the service extremely slow, the vents groooooooss!!!!! They need that clean ASAP ! All the guest just breathing black mold while eating food :/ nasty
